Refund policy

Little ones grow faster than the tide comes in! While we don’t do refunds, you can exchange your piece for a different size. Just email us at hello@coucoukini.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it out.

All items must be returned in brand-new condition—unworn, with tags and hygienic liners still attached, in the original packaging, and from a smoke-free home.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since each personalized piece is made especially for your little one, we can’t accept returns or exchanges—unless, of course, the embroidery comes out completely wrong. In that rare case, we’ll be sure to make it right!
