What are your payment options?

We have BPI, Unionbank, GCash, and PayPal options available.

How long until you ship out my order?

We know you can’t wait to unwrap your pieces! In-stock orders head out within 2–3 business days, while personalized pieces take a little longer— about 8 business days— so we can make them extra special just for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Yes, we do! Simply add Gift Wrapping to your cart and we’ll wrap up your order for Php 100— no matter the size. Each package comes in our signature gift box for the sweetest presentation.

Don’t forget to note your gift message too! We’ll slip it in so the lucky recipient that gets our pieces feels your thoughtfulness.

How will you pack my orders?

Each swimsuit order is slipped into our signature mesh pouch: a keepsake that’s just as happy on the sand as it is at home. Perfect for beach days, sunscreen, and maybe even a pocketful of shells!

For orders of two or more items, your pieces will arrive in our signature Coucoukini striped tote bag as our little gift to you!

Opt for gift wrapping and your order will arrive in our striped Coucoukini box— sweet, simple, and ready to give.

Can I personalize my order? How should I enter the details for personalized orders?

Yes, you can personalize your towel, rashguard, and swim trunk orders!

A little reminder to peek over your checkout details so everything gets to you just right!

For names, note that entries are case sensitive. We will embroider the names exactly as you enter them!

For monograms, please enter your initials in the sequence noted when you preview your personalization.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

All of our pieces are carefully inspected before they are sent out. 

In the rare case that something arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and we will make it right. Simply email us at hello@coucoukini.com with photos showing the issue, and we’ll provide a return address so we can review the item. Please ensure that all tags are attached and hygienic stickers are still on the pieces. 

For major damages, we’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit. 

Note that because many of our garments are handmade, you may notice small variations in smocking or embroidery— these are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece, not faults.

Please keep in mind that wear and tear from regular use, or damage caused by not following the care instructions, is not considered a fault. To keep your pieces looking their best, please follow the care labels on the piece, check our website, or reach out to us anytime at hello@coucoukini.com

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards in Php 500 and 1,000 denominations— perfect little treats for seaside surprises! Choose between an e-gift card or a physical one. Redeemable online, and no rush: our gift cards never expire.

Can I cancel an order? Can I edit my order or change my address?

All orders are final— once you say coucou, there’s no taking it back!

As for changes, we do our best to pack up your orders quickly so your little ones can enjoy their pieces without the wait. Really need to tweak your order or update an address? Just drop us a note at hello@coucoukini.com right away— we’ll do our best to make the magic happen!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within Metro Manila, and to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

What are your shipping options and lead times?

We have a free pickup option from our Makati address for orders within Metro Manila. Please note that arrangements and shipping costs for the pickup option are the responsibility of the buyer.

For shipping to Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, our prices and lead times are as follows:

Metro Manila

  • PHP 120
  • 1 to 2 working days delivery

Luzon

  • PHP 190
  • 3 to 5 working days delivery

Visayas and Mindanao

  • PHP 190
  • 6 to 8 working days delivery

Which carrier do you use?

We generally ship via LBC. If you are unable to receive through this carrier, please let us know ASAP by emailing hello@coucoukini.com.

For orders within Makati and BGC, we may use Lalamove for some shipments.

For the Makati pickup option, you are free to choose your own same day courier. Note that customers are responsible for booking and paying the rider.

I can’t view my carrier tracking info!

Sorry about that! Sometimes the carrier gets a little ahead of themselves and marks a package “delivered” before it actually arrives. If that happens, give it 48 hours—it usually shows up safe and sound!

If your tracking number seems to have gone on holiday instead of updating, just email us at hello@coucoukini.com and we’ll happily track it down for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on all orders over Php 5,000.

Can the in-stock item(s) in my order ship before the personalized item(s) in my order?

We ship orders together so everything arrives in one go.

However, if you’re really in a rush to receive your in-stock pieces, we can have them available only via pickup. Please note that arrangements and shipping costs for the pickup option are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized items will ship as soon as they’re ready.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my items?

Little ones grow faster than the tide comes in! While we don’t do refunds, you can exchange your piece for a different size. Just email us at hello@coucoukini.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it out.

All items must be returned in brand-new condition— unworn, with tags and hygienic liners still attached, in the original packaging, and from a smoke-free home.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since each personalized piece is made especially for your little one, we can’t accept returns or exchanges—unless, of course, the embroidery comes out completely wrong. In that rare case, we’ll be sure to make it right!
